BPO Team

The Process
Over the next approximately four weeks, we’ll work closely to orchestrate all the pieces that need to come together for a successful rollout. Here’s how things will unfold.
Preparation
Before we roll out the program to your full organization, we’ll collaborate on a bit of behind-the-scenes preparation.
Platform Provisioning & Integration
Pre-Kickoff Surveys
Program implementation OKRs
Team Formation & Key Roles
Kickoff Meetings
Trainings & Certifications
Comms Program Design
The BPO Team, your IT Owner, and Wave Nine will get your organization ready to use WorkBoard.
IMPORTANT: Pre-Kickoff Surveys must be returned to Wave Nine before the next steps can take place.
The BPO Team and Wave Nine align on the goals and expectations of the implementation(through the Onboarding Survey). Taking into account your organization’s unique needs and existing operational norms, we’ll set OKRs to guide the implementation process.

Team Formation & Key Roles

A strategic communications program is your greatest tool to help you inspire, align, educate and drive adoption across your organization. The Comms Owner oversees this program, with supporting materials and guidance from the BPO Team and Wave Nine.
