Onboarding Survey

Next, taking guidance from the results of the Onboarding Survey, the Executive Sponsor and Program Lead will identify individuals who can best fill these key roles, then bring them up to speed on the program.  

Build the OKR Program Team 

Building the OKR Program team is highly important. You want individuals on board who are eager to participate and advocate for it. Once the selection of individuals is made, the Program Lead will inform them of their inclusion and responsibilities within this team. This team will be instrumental in launching the program and ensuring everyone is informed and empowered.

Build a Steering Committee, if Applicable 

The SteerCo will oversee the program’s progression, ensuring that goals remain clear, substantial progress is achieved, and consistent value is delivered. The Program Lead will then inform identified individuals of their inclusion and responsibilities on this team.
